There are many companies building toner cartridges today; local, national and international. There is some truth to the drawbacks of remanufactured cartridges that our customers have experienced before coming to UVLSI. WE ARE DIFFERENT!
Ultra-Violet Laser Supplies has built its business through a higher standard of overcoming what the OEM manufacturers want you to believe about remanufactured laser printers.
- Some companies will tell you that every part used in the manufacture of their toner cartridge is new, although they run a full recycle program.
- Others will tell you that they can’t be held responsible for the quality of your printer if you use “inferior, remanufactured or recycled” toner cartridges.
- And yet others will tell you that they only add toner to your “remanufactured cartridge” to save you money.
We use the core of the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) toner cartridge to completely remanufacture a toner cartridge for you.
If allowed to run its course a poorly remanufactured toner cartridge can provide an exchange of quality and reliability for profit. Price can only go so low, and stretching the usable life-cycle of components that carry a predetermined useful life, will result in internal components failing during operation. Unfortunately, the customer is usually not aware of this concept, which has led to an overwhelming level of distrust and skepticism surrounding the remanufactured toner cartridge industry.
We offer a solution to that primary root problem. We replace all available parts and use predetermined toner (both quantity and type) to remanufacture our cartridge. When this toner cartridge is assembled, we then test it for print quality, before it’s tagged, bagged and boxed for delivery, Quality Guaranteed.
It’s not the responsibility of the OEM Company (HP, Lexmark, Brother, et al) to guarantee the quality or longevity of Ultra-Violet’s product, that’s our responsibility. The OEM’s are separate entities, working from other locations (and in most cases, other countries) with their own levels of responsibility. Having said that, Ultra-Violet is also not responsible for a generation of bad compatible cartridge companies.
We’ve been in operation since 1997 and we serve some of the largest companies in Central Virginia. Our customers’ loyalty is rooted in their trust that we will never sell-out product reliability for greater profit. Our loyal customers realize they're getting the best-built toner that they can put in their printer; and they understand that there is no cost savings great enough to justify poor reliability.
We put in the work, research and quality control to ensure that if we hear, “remanufactured cartridges don’t work,” we know that just isn’t true. We don’t use low-income, off-shore employees. We hire and train our staff from Central Virginia, paying a Competitive Rate and producing a Quality Product.
We are still able to compete with those larger manufacturers, and even the big Office Supply Companies (companies without a face when something goes wrong). We conduct business the proper way, face to face.
